Cancellation:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the follwing conditions for withdrawal: in the case where it is not possible to offer the rooms you have booked to other guests, we will have to charge you the following costs:
Deposits are non-refundable, and therefore will not be returned in case of cancellation.
For cancellations received at least 30 days before the arrival date, we will be happy to allocate the deposit paid for one year against a future holiday with us. The cancellation of bookings without incurring extra costs is only possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation up to 21 days from the arrival date, we will charge 40% of the booking cost. In case of cancellation up to 14 days from the arrival date, we will charge 60% of the booking cost. In case of cancellation up to 8 days from the arrival date we will charge 80% of the booking cost. For cancellations less than 08 days before the agreed arrival date, early departure and late arrival 100% of the total price will be charged.
